Mr. B bought this car several years ago and has steadily upgraded it every year, to make it easy to drive and go cruising.  If you want a numbers matching car this is NOT for you!  This car was built for cruising and enjoying the hobby of Hot Rodding.  

Not RUST... Just Dirt!  It was raining the day of the photo shoot!

I dried it off the best that I could.

In September 2005, the engine (short block) was changed out to a 302 cubic inch, with a modified camshaft, and bored 0.40 over and fitted with larger pistons.  The New motor was assembled professionally and sports ALUMINUM EDELBROCK CYLINDER HEADS, as well as EDELBROCK ALUMINUM DUAL PLANE INTAKE MANIFOLD. The oil is contained in a CHROME OIL PAN.

The upper end was topped off by a new HOLLEY 650 CARB with electric choke, which truly makes it a dream to start and drive. 

The exhaust flows through a set of Hedman FULL LENGTH Headers, Custom crossover pipe into a PAIR of FLOWMASTER 40 SERIES MUFFLERS and exit out the rear of the vehicle in TRUE DUAL fashion!  Notice the exhaust insulation wrap on the pipe... Keeps the interior cooler, quieter, and helps the exhaust flow!

In August 2006, Mr. B had my shop install a FLEX-A-LITE ELECTRIC COOLING FAN on a HIGH CAPACITY THREE ROW RADIATOR designed to keep the vehicle cool on those long Woodward Dream Cruises...  that have you idling down the boulevard all day long.  Coolant flows through a STAINLESS STEEL upper & lower radiator hoses!

We later installed a NEW Limited-Slip AUBURN REAR END with 3.25 GEARS... This greatly improved the drivability!  Somebody had a 4.11 gear in there!

October 2006, The C4 automatic transmission was professionally rebuilt.... With shift kit of course!  The owner even popped for a custom MOROSSO WELDED ALUMINUM TRANS PAN!

My shop just recently installed a MSD DISTRIBUTOR and MSD 6AL IGNITION BOX! 

April 2007, my shop installed a brand spankin' new CHROME 100 AMP ALTERNATOR, it's the one wire design for a clean installation.  

MY IMPRESSION of this vehicle-

Excellent condition. There is ZERO RUST on this car, very, very clean.  No oil leaks.  Floor boards are SOLID.  Everything works.  No guesswork.  The tires & rims are like new plenty of tread left. Exhaust has a healthy note to it. Upon acceleration the vehicle hauls ass and shifts with authority.  

The drive train, exhaust, suspension, are all in perfect condition and recently replaced.

The interior is immaculate.  Mr. B has a nice KENWOOD CD PLAYER in the dash for playing that cruise music.  No rips or tears in the seats or carpet at all... Heck it even smells new.

You WILL get tons of looks in this car!!!

OVERALL ONE OF THE NICEST MUSTANGS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!

This vehicle gets regular oil changes with SYNTHETIC OIL ONLY. 

It is garage kept and is stored most of the year.  

It NEVER gets driven in rain or snow.
